Quick Start
How to Join TomatoMC
Follow the guide below for Java, Bedrock (mobile/PC), and Bedrock on consoles. If one method does not work, use the alternative listed in the console section.
Java Address
play.tomatomc.net
Bedrock Address
play.tomatomc.net:19132
Java Edition (PC)
- Open Minecraft Java Edition.
- Click Multiplayer, then Add Server.
- Server Address: play.tomatomc.net.
- Click Done and join the server.
Recommended version: use the latest stable release supported by the network.
Bedrock (Phone, Tablet, Windows)
- Open Minecraft Bedrock Edition.
- Go to Play, then Servers, then Add Server.
- Server Address: play.tomatomc.net.
- Port: 19132.
- Save and join.
If your client asks for a name, use: TomatoMC.
Bedrock on Console (Xbox / PlayStation / Switch)
Consoles usually do not allow direct custom server entry. Use a phone on the same network (same Wi-Fi/LAN) with one of these helper apps:
Important: On some consoles, online multiplayer requires a paid membership (for example Xbox Game Pass Core, PlayStation Plus, or Nintendo Switch Online) before custom server methods can work.
- BedrockTogether
- MC Server Connector (often called MCConnector)
Method Using Phone Helper App
- Install BedrockTogether or MC Server Connector on your phone.
- Connect phone and console to the same network.
- In the app, add play.tomatomc.net and port 19132.
- Start the app tunnel/proxy and keep the app open.
- Open Minecraft on your console and check the Friends/LAN tab.
- Join the LAN-discovered entry that routes to TomatoMC.
Alternative DNS Method
- Set custom DNS on the console network settings.
- Use one of the currently active BedrockConnect DNS addresses.
- Set secondary DNS to 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8.
- Open Minecraft, then use the special server list entry to connect.
DNS addresses can change over time. If one is blocked on your region/ISP, try an alternative BedrockConnect endpoint.
Troubleshooting
- Console cannot see LAN entry: confirm phone and console are on exactly the same network and subnet.
- Connection timeout: restart app tunnel, then relaunch Minecraft on console.
- Still failing: try the DNS method or ask support in our Discord.
